• Damincio I. Charles Sr., 34, of Auburn, was charged Feb. 16 with driving while intoxicated first offense.
• Jacqualine M. Gleason, 46, of Auburn, was charged Feb. 16 with driving while ability impaired by drugs first offense.
• Darrel D. Love, 45, of Auburn, was charged Feb. 16 with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• Robert E. Nightengale, 42, of Aurelius, was charged Feb. 17 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and use of a vehicle without an interlock device.
• Delarae M. Stanton, 32, of Elmira, was charged Feb. 17 with first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
• Ashley A. Brayer, 27, of Rochester, was charged Feb. 14 with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

• Leann M. Johnson, 27, of Auburn, was charged Feb. 14 with forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree sexual abuse.
• David J. Oliver, 59, of Cayuga, was charged Feb. 14 with driving while intoxicated first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of at least .08 of 1% first offense.
• Mariah H. Nichols, 30, of Port Byron, was charged Feb. 14 with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
• Shakia D. Munnings Dennis, 22, of Brooklyn, was charged Feb. 15 in Moravia with second-degree promoting prison contraband.
• Zachary T. Ermini, 30, of Fulton, was charged Feb. 16 with aggravated family offense and second-degree criminal contempt.
