The following defendants were sentenced in Cayuga County Court in Auburn the weeks of Monday, Jan. 6, to Friday, Jan. 17:
• Daniel J. Rabuano, 30, of Auburn, was sentenced Jan. 7 by Judge Jon Budelmann to six months in the Cayuga County Jail followed by five years of felony probation for aggravated family offense.
• Daniel P. Palmieri, 39, of Auburn, was sentenced Jan. 9 by Judge Thomas Leone to three years in state prison followed by two years of post-release supervision for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• Edward J. McKinnon, 41, of Syracuse, was sentenced Jan. 9 by Leone to two to four years in state prison for second-degree attempted criminal possession of stolen property.

• Brett F. Copes III, of Auburn, was sentenced Jan. 14 by Budelmann to 1.25 to four years in state prison for aggravated family offense.
• Christopher M. Hunt, 24, of Williamson, was sentenced Jan. 14 by Budelmann to 1.5 to three years in state prison for each of two counts of aggravated family offense, with those sentences running consecutively. He was also sentenced to three years in state prison followed by two years of post-release supervision for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and 364 days in the Cayuga County Jail for second-degree criminal contempt, running concurrently.
• Gregory Latz was sentenced Jan. 14 by Budelmann to two to four years in state prison for third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief. Latz was also sentenced to 364 days in jail for petit larceny and fifth-degree conspiracy.
• Christina M. McQueeney, 36, of Auburn, was sentenced Jan. 14 by Budelmann to five years of probation for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• Barbara Rahrle was sentenced Jan. 14 by Budelmann to five years of probation for third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
• Christopher J. Hatfield, 42, was sentenced Jan. 16 by Leone to 1.5 to three years in state prison for aggravated family offense.Ìý
• Weston Rhodes, 30, of Auburn, was sentenced Jan. 16 by Leone to five years in state prison followed by 10 years of post-release supervision for second-degree rape. Rhodes was also sentenced to three years in state prison followed by 10 years of post-release supervision for second-degree attempted rape. Those sentences will run concurrently to one another.
